Here is a list of the questions we get asked most often:
What can you put on my customized shoes?
The possibilities are endless! For example, you can have your own custom colourways, intricate patterns, logos, or special designs. Words, such as your band name or business, are also possible. We will design and customize any shoe based on your ideas and concepts, as long as it is technically feasible.
How do you customize my shoes?
We start by designing your shoe and providing you with a computer generated mock-up. Once you approve the design, we begin the production stage. Every item we sell is customized by hand using specialized techniques and processes. After we're done, we coat the shoe with a protective layer which resists water and physical damage.
How much does it cost?
Cost will be determined on a per order basis, depending on the complexity of the design and materials required. Expect to pay between $400 to $700 USD (this includes a design fee, the base shoe, and FREE shipping within the continental United States and Canada). Submit your idea to receive a price quote.
Are there any designs you won't do?
We will not duplicate an existing style or design wich has already been produced by another company. If you like a design you've seen on our site or somewhere else, we can incorporate elements of that design into your shoe, but we will not duplicate it entirely or "rip it off".
We do not make fakes, variants, or copies.
We cannot use copywritten material or trademarks in your design unless you are the owner, or we have been given express written permission to do so by the owner.
We will not track down and purchase rare shoes for you, or sell shoes to you uncustomized.
We do not mass-produce shoes; each item is customized by hand and is entirely unique.
How well will my custom sneakers resist wear and tear?
During normal use, your custom kicks will resist wear and tear in a similar fashion to the original. Normal use includes activities such as walking around or just hanging out. Heavy abrasion or incisions can destroy the surface of the shoe.
Can any part of the shoe be customized?
At the moment, we can only assure durable work on leather or canvas materials. Midsoles and soles (the rubber-like parts) cannot be customized at the moment. Organic fabrics usually pose no problem, and certain synthetics will work just fine. We judge the feasibility of working with a certain material on a case by case basis.
Do you provide the base items to be customized?
Generally, we provide the base item (sneaker, high heels, etc.). You may choose to provide your own item, provided it is new and unworn.
We can obtain and customize many common styles of sneaker, including Nike Air Force Ones, Jordans, Adidas Stan Smiths, Superstars, Chuck Taylors, and Vans. Availability of a particular size or style cannot be guaranteed.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping for orders within the continental United States and Canada is FREE.
For International customers, shipping charges will be calculated before you pay for your item. Any customs charges, taxes, or border duty is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Customers providing their own shoe for customization are responsible for shipping the item to us.
How can I pay?
We accept secure online payments via most major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
As all items are custom designed and made to order, all sales are final.
When will they be done?
This will depend on the design, but 3-4 weeks is typical.
